Description of the investment

Nowy Żabiniec is a cozy residential area located in Krakow, district Krowodrza. The investment is distinguished by modern architecture and high standard of workmanship. Excellent location provides quick access to the city center, proximity to national route E77 guarantees easy and convenient connections to other Polish cities. Kindergarten, primary school, university and Department of Health Care are in the neighborhoods. The remaining apartments will be equipped with spacious terraces and balconies. The whole investment will be fully adapted to the needs of disabled people. Quiet high class elevators guarantee convenient access to the whole investment.
