Description of the investment


In Kraków's Bronowice, west of the city centre, near Filtrowa street and Zygmunt Stary street, a prestigious development project has been implemented – Lazurowy Park Bronowice. The estate impresses with its modern architecture and perfectly designed residential units. It takes about twenty minutes to get from the estate to the city centre, to the railway station or to the airport in Balice. Near the project, there are bus and tram stops (Bronowice Małe) from where numerous daily and night transport lines run. The location of the housing estate is conducive to travelling, professionally active persons, families with children and seniors. In the area, there are also: grocery stores, drugstore, pharmacy, kindergartens, schools and numerous service points. For larger purchases you can go to the shops: IKEA, Makro, Castorama and Obi, reachable by car in just 8 minutes.
