Description of the investment

Bagry Park is an development project located at Bagrowa Street, in the green and quiet district of Podgórze. Modern and snug buildings were built in the picturesque neighbourhood of the Bagry reservoir. The housing estate provides its residents with many opportunities for spending their leisure time.

The Bagry Park development project was implemented in several architecturally consistent stages. In the first two, there were  built 22 modern and functional four-storey buildings perfectly blended into the surrounding landscape of single-family houses.

In the first stage of the Bagry Park project, 11 buildings were constructed with 222 apartments with various layouts ranging from 2 to 5 rooms and a wide selection of metric areas from 38 to 104 sq. m. A balcony or a spacious terrace were also designed for all apartments. At the ground floor level, 205 garage spaces and 62 outdoor spaces were provided within the estate.

The second stage of Bagry Park covered the construction of another 11 buildings with 233 flats. The offer included flats with areas ranging from 38 to 108 sq. m. and layouts of 2 to 5 rooms. Such differentiation made it  possible for every buyer to find a flat suitable for them. In this part of the project, the garages contain 195 cars. In addition, 97 parking spaces were built.

The Bagry Park project provides for the use of modern finishing materials. The façade of the buildings in shades of grey has been supplemented with clinker and wood and the glazed balustrades of the terraces gave the mass some lightness.

A comprehensive spatial management of the area has provided residents with many attractions. Garden arbours, two playgrounds for children and a volleyball court were built. The housing estate is fenced and adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.

The Bagry Park project was located in Podgórze, in the Płaszów district. It is one of the fastest growing parts of the city, offering numerous leisure activities. The Bagry reservoir has extensive recreational areas. Close to the estate, there is a guarded bathing area, beaches and a wakeboard lift. Entertainment will also be provided by squash courts and a kart track. 

The estate is well connected with other parts of the city. Every few minutes, trams and buses depart to the city centre from the nearby Mały Płaszów loop. The Kraków Płaszów station, with an extensive network of connections, is located not far away. Motorized residents can travel to Rzeszów or Wrocław via A4 motorway and soon also by the 4th ring road of Kraków towards Sandomierz and Lublin.
