In the heart of the city, in Kraków's Zabłocie, a prestigious development project is being implemented – ATAL Residence Zabłocie. Thanks to the efforts of designers and contractors, the sites of the former Miraculum factory is turning into an exclusive housing estate. The aesthetic architecture, combining post-industrial and modern stylistics, perfectly matches the surroundings and contributes to the growing prestige of Zabłocie which is one of the most fashionable and best developing parts of Krakow. As part of the first stage of the project, a spacious building with 224 flats, with stunning architecture and elegant façade has been constructed.
ATAL Residence Zabłocie II is the next stage of the popular development project. Stage III of the project will include construction of one building with 184 flats in the layouts of 2, 3 and 4 rooms. The building has 120 storage rooms, where residents will be able to store less frequently used items. For car owners, 154 parking spaces will be prepared in the garage and 4 above-ground locations. There will be also 15 commercial premises in the building.
ATAL Residence Zabłocie IV is a unique project. The old building of the Miraculum cosmetics factory which operated more than 100 years ago was renovated. The object has changed its character – it will offer office and service spaces, combining modernity with the past and perfectly fitting into this part of the city. As part of the project, 21 office ans service premises are planned in the building. Future tenants will be able to choose from a wide range of sizes ranging from 22.14 to 508.81 sqm. 21 parking spaces have been designed in the underground garage hall.
The finishing materials of ATAL Residence include bricks of a natural, warm colour that fit to the surroundings and to the historic buildings of Zabłocie. The complex is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.
The development project is located at Zabłocie Street, near Przemysłowa Street, in the vicinity of the Vistula. This location of the estate will provide its future residents with convenient access to recreational areas, cultural facilities, as well as to transport and urban infrastructure. Nearby, there are numerous restaurants, shops, fitness clubs, cycling and walking paths on the boulevards.
Zabłocie is famous for its rich cultural life. There are, among others, the MOCAK Museum of Contemporary Art in Krakow and the former Emalia factory. In the area, the Park Stacja Wisła has been recently established. The ATAL Residence Zabłocie development is located near Kazimierz and Grzegórzki in Kraków, and nearby tram stops provide convenient access to the city centre and other parts of the city. It is also a very good location for people using cars. It takes about ten minutes to get from Zabłocie Street to the city centre and to the railway station Kraków Główny. The exit in the direction of Wieliczka or Zakopane and the A4 motorway will not cause any problems, either.
