Description of the investment

In one of the most developed parts of Krakow, a new housing development project is being implemented – ATAL Aleja Pokoju. This is where a modern housing estate of a snug and elegant character is planned. The estate will combine an attractive location, high standard of finishing and a diversified housing offer. It will become a pleasant asylum for people who want to live near the city centre and the most beautiful parks and squares in Kraków.

ATAL Aleja Pokoju is a perfect place for everyone. The area abounds in various amenities and interesting recreational areas and the immediate surroundings of the buildings will gain an aesthetic, green setting. Four buildings of simple shapes and elevations in white, grey and warm brown shades will be constructed as part of the building development. The residential offer has been prepared in such a way as to meet the different expectations of customers. Four planned buildings will comprise 202 flats with a full range of metric area - from 36.48 to 89.81 sq. m. and layouts from one to four rooms. The project also includes storage rooms, numerous parking spaces and service premises.

Stage IIIA of the investment will include two buildings with a total of 124 apartments with areas ranging from 33 to 111 m². Diversified layouts, from ergonomic studios to four-room apartments, will perfectly match the expectations of future residents. A total of 150 underground parking spaces and 15 aboveground parking spaces are planned in both buildings. There are two service premises on the ground floors.
The next architecturally coherent stage of the investment will cover one two-segment building. 148 apartments with various layouts and areas ranging from 32 to 105 m² were designed there. With vehicle owners in mind, there will be 184 garage spaces, 2 spaces dedicated to motorbikes and 13 parking spaces on the ground. For the convenience of future residents, 112 storage rooms have also been planned.
Stage IIIB will include 248 two-, three- and four-room apartments with an area of 38 to 121 m². The project also includes numerous storage rooms and a bicycle room. Vehicle owners will be satisfied with 295 parking spaces in underground garages and 28 parking spaces located in the aboveground car park.

The location of the development project at ATAL Aleja Pokoju will provide future residents with high comfort and the opportunity to relax in one of the nearby parks. In the immediate vicinity of the estate, there are tram stops which enable quick access to the centre. The area is surrounded by greenery, recreation and leisure areas. It is only 300 meters away from the AWF Park, and only one kilometre away from one of the most beautiful and largest parks in Kraków - Park Lotników. Nearby, there is the Tauron Arena hall. For shopping, you can walk to the M1 shopping centre which brings together in one place boutiques and numerous catering and service points. Near the estate, there are also other smaller shops, petrol stations, as well as service, commercial and educational facilities.

The area where the project will be implemented is very well connected with other districts of the city. Living near the Lotników Park, numerous shopping and office complexes is a convenient solution for anyone who appreciates the availability of extensive urban infrastructure, shops and parks. The residents of ATAL Aleja Pokoju housing estate will be able to reach the city centre in a matter of minutes, which will translate into easy access to a rich cultural and historical offer of the city of Kraków.
