Nowy Brynów

Katowice, ul. Rzepakowa 4

Description of the investment

Near the Katowice Forest Park, in the south-western part of the city, a unique residential development project is planned – Nowy Brynów. It is in this location, at 4 Rzepakowa Street,  that a moderntwo-stage housing estate will be built.  Minimalist architecture and subdued colours will make it perfectly blend in with the surroundings and create a comfortable place to live for future residents.

The first stage of the Nowy Brynów development project will involve the construction of one eight-storey building with 350 functional apartments with various layouts and areas ranging from 32 to 115 sq. m. On the ground floor there, service premises are planned, and at level -1, a multi-storied garage and numerous storage rooms, and outside the building, there will be an above-ground parking space.

As part of the second stage of the project, another eight-storey building will be constructed. There will be 142 flats of various sizes, ranging from 36 to 98 sq. m. Prospective residents will be able to choose a flat perfectly suited to their needs: the offer will include both functional studios, as well as two-, three- and four-room spacious apartments. With a view to motorists, numerous parking spaces have been planned in the underground garage hall, as well as above-ground parking lots. 70 storage rooms will provide the residents with additional usable space which will be particularly suitable for storing bicycles or less frequently used objects.

Inside the buildings, smooth communication between the floors will be ensured by silent lifts, and the whole housing estate will be adapted to the needs of the disabled. Every inhabitant of the estate will have access to the recreational part with benches, a fountain and a walking path.

The location of the Nowy Brynów development project will provide the residents with an ideal balance between easy access to recreational areas and a convenient transport connection to the centre and other districts of the city. The buildings will be located at 4 Rzepakowa Street, near the planned Brynów interchange. Nearby, there are Kościuszki Street and 73 Pułku Piechoty Street which facilitate the exit to road 86 and to the A4 motorway. At a distance of 1.5 kilometres from the project site, there is the Ligota railway station. The existing network of nearby transport connections is constantly being supplemented and modified, which enhances the developmental and fashionable character of the district.

Nowy Brynów is a development project tailored to the diverse needs of its residents. The nearest green spot on the map is the vast Katowice Forest Park, which is highly valued by the inhabitants of the whole city due to numerous walking and cycling paths and attractions for children. The Brynów district is extended and well-developed, which contributes to a high level of comfort in everyday life. There are numerous shops, kiosks, petrol stations, public transport stops, schools and kindergartens near the project site. Living in this part of Katowice is a perfect choice for people of all ages. Young residents as well as families with children and elder people will find suitable infrastructure, entertainment and recreation here.
