The ATAL Francuska Park project was divided into five stages, under which 12 buildings with a cascade layout will be built. They will have from four to eight floors and an underground floor with garage spaces and storage rooms. 15 commercial and service units will make it easier for tenants to carry out their household duties.
The offer of apartments at ATAL Francuska Park is comprehensive. Each unit has been designed in a highly functional way. The apartments have balconies or spacious terraces and those on the ground floor have garden backyards.
In the first stage of ATAL Francuska Park, three buildings were built with 235 apartments ranging from 30 to 124 sq. m. and 1 to 6 rooms. With a view to the comfort of tenants, 266 parking spaces in the underground garage and several outdoor places as well as 6 service units were provided.
In the second stage of ATAL Francuska Park, three more buildings were built, comprising 269 apartments with a size of 26 to 136 sq. m. and 1 to 5 rooms. Selected apartments are equipped with spacious terraces. This part of the project also includes an underground car park for 299 cars and 29 outdoor parking spaces.
The third stage of the development project comprises 183 flats located in 3 buildings. Available floor areas from 26 to 134 sq. m. are designed in apartments from 1 to 4 rooms. As many as 239 parking spaces in the underground garage and 29 above-ground places were provided for the convenience of the residents. In the third stage, also 3 commercial premises were arranged.
The 4th stage building located in Lotnisko Street will house 53 flats with areas ranging from 41 to 100 sq. m. As in the previous stages, each apartment has its own balconies, and those on the fifth floor have spacious terraces overlooking the Beskidy Mountains. Residents can use 27 storage rooms, 39 parking spaces and 16 garages. There are 6 commercial premises in the building.
Two buildings of fifth stage are being built on the side of Szybowcowa Street. At this stage of the project, 141 apartments with layouts ranging from 2 to 4 rooms have been designed. For the convenience of the future residents, architects have planned flats ranging from 37.36 to 148.53 sq. m. Drivers will be able to use 157 parking spaces in the underground garage and 10 parking spaces above ground. 92 storage rooms will also be built on the site.
The project ATAL French Park is designed for customers, for whom the aesthetics of the buildings is extremely important. The applied solutions create a harmonious composition. The space is filled with green areas with places for recreation, and a children's playground. The housing estate is completely fenced, monitored and adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.
